Refund policy

At Niharika Textile, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process.


Exchange Eligibility – Within 3 Days

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to process any exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Altered, customized, or used items

  • Products missing tags, invoice, or original packaging


🔄 How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at: niharikatextileofficial@gmail.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach the unboxing video

  3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup


📦 Pickup & Inspection

  • After pickup, the item goes through a quality check

  • If approved, the exchange item will be dispatched within 5–7 working days

  • In case of stock unavailability, a store credit will be provided


💸 Refunds Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges or store credits are provided.


🔧 Damaged / Wrong Product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue

  • After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement
