✅ Exchange Eligibility – Within 3 Days

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

A mandatory unboxing video is required to process any exchange.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Items without an unboxing video

Altered, customized, or used items

Products missing tags, invoice, or original packaging
🔄 How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach the unboxing video

Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup
📦 Pickup & Inspection

After pickup, the item goes through a quality check

If approved, the exchange item will be dispatched within 5–7 working days

In case of stock unavailability, a store credit will be provided

We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges or store credits are provided.
🔧 Damaged / Wrong Product?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue
